Memories
I think memory is a really weird thing. I mean, how can I have a dream at night and think I will remember it, and then it fades away and I can’t access the memory anymore? Where has it gone? Is it still in my mind?
I think it is, but maybe my brain just doesn’t think it’s important anymore and so doesn’t remember it. Again I haven’t been remembering many dreams. Maybe tonight I will. I did take a 2 hour nap yesterday, I love naps, and I think I dreamed but now I don’t remember what it was about. I like to make up stories and I was half dreaming about being a part of the Tin Man Sci Fi mini series and being with Glitch. I just love him in that show!
Anyway, time for bed now, and I hope to remember some more dreams.

Having read and commented on your post about dreaming of work and you metionng a SQL query. As a fellow database developer, I think our memory works a lot like a database. It retrieves memories when someone, something or some event either writes a SQL query against our memory database or triggers a stored procedure that invokes the query and brings back the memory.

That is a very interesting concept and it sounds like a good one! Thanks for your visit.
